How long is the free trial?
Four months from the day you sign up — long enough to run a full season through playoffs. You get one team with up to 20 active players, plus player goals, multi-coach evaluations, check-ins, and challenges. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my 4 months are up?
Your data stays exactly where it is — nothing is deleted. You'll need Pro ($19/month or $149/year) to keep adding evaluations, check-ins, and goals. You can export or upgrade at any time, and you'll get reminders before the trial ends, not after.
What's the difference between the trial and Pro?
The trial covers the core season workflow — goals, evaluations, check-ins, and challenges — for one team. Pro adds personalized end-of-season letters, year-over-year player history, full data export, unlimited teams and players, and the program overview dashboard.
What counts as an "active player"?
An active player is anyone currently on your roster. The 20-player limit on the trial applies to active roster spots. If you remove a player, that spot opens up.
Can I add multiple coaches to a team?
Yes — on both plans. Invite assistants, skills coaches, and goalie coaches. Each gets their own login and contributes evaluations under their name.
Do players need an account?
No. Players receive a personal link and respond directly — no signup, no password, no app download required.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro, your history and letters remain accessible — you just won't be able to generate new personalized letters or add players beyond the trial limits.
