Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit — it's not a trial. You can run one team with up to 10 active players, including evaluations, check-ins, and player challenges, for as long as you want.
What's the 14-day Pro trial?
When you upgrade to Pro for the first time, you get 14 days free before your card is charged. You get full Pro access — personalized end-of-season letters, unlimited players, year-over-year history — with no commitment. Cancel anytime before the trial ends.
What's the difference between Free and Pro?
The free plan covers the core workflow for one team with up to 10 players: player goals, evaluations, check-ins, and challenges. Pro removes those limits and adds automated end-of-season letters using player goals, coaches' input, and tailored to your voice — plus year-over-year player history.
What counts as an "active player"?
An active player is anyone currently on your roster. The 10-player limit on the free plan applies to active roster spots. If you remove a player, that spot opens up.
Can I add multiple coaches to a team?
Yes — on both plans. Invite assistants, skills coaches, and goalie coaches. Each gets their own login and contributes evaluations under their name.
Do players need an account?
No. Players receive a personal link and respond directly — no signup, no password, no app download required.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Your data is never deleted. If you downgrade from Pro, your history and letters remain accessible — you just won't be able to generate new personalized letters or add players beyond the free-tier limits.
