A season on the Hub
Four moments, one development story, from first practice to feedback players keep coming back to.
Players set goals
Before the first puck drops, every player picks what they want to get better at, in their own words.
See how it works→2Coaches evaluate
Your whole staff scores skills on the same scale, all season. No more one-coach hot takes.
See how it works→3Challenges keep it fun
Players earn points and badges for completing skill challenges. Arcade-style, verified by you.
See how it works→4Feedback that guides
Honest, personal, and motivating. Built from a season of real data, in your voice, with clear direction for the offseason.
See how it works→Press start on development
Kids don't grind through drills for a spreadsheet. They do it for the horn. Coaches assign skill challenges, players complete them at practice, and when it's verified, the screen lights up like it's 1988. Points, badges, streaks. Development that feels like a game, because it is one.
Celebrations are player-side only. Your eval dashboards stay all business.
Tryouts shouldn't be a guess.
Grade a scrimmage live from the bench: a fixed jersey-number grid, one tap per rep. Share the grading link with evaluators who aren't your season coaches, then let a report rank the whole tryout by net score the moment it ends, so the roster call has a reason behind it.

Multi-coach evaluations
Every assistant scores on the same rubric. Averages, ranges, and disagreements are visible at a glance, defensible to parents.
Go deeper→Season-long check-ins
Mid-season conversations backed by real trend lines, so "you’re improving" is a fact, not a pep talk.
Go deeper→Feedback with direction
Season wrap-up, tryout result, or a 1-on-1 meeting: honest about gaps, loud about growth, and clear about what to work on next. No player leaves guessing why.
Go deeper→Roster import
Pull your roster from a CSV in one step. Numbers, positions, birth years: set for the season.
Go deeper→Year-over-year history
Development follows the player, not the team. Next year’s coach starts where you left off.
Go deeper→Organization oversight
Directors see every team’s development program in one place. Consistency across the whole organization.
Go deeper→Tryout Mode
Grade a scrimmage from the bench with one tap per rep. Share a no-login link with evaluators who aren’t your season coaches, then rank the whole tryout the moment it ends.
Go deeper→"There's nothing worse in youth hockey than a kid who gets cut at tryouts, plays all season without knowing what to work on, and ends the year with no real guidance on how to get to the next level.
Every player deserves specific, encouraging feedback. Not just the top of the roster. Coaches want to give it. They just don't have the hours. Hockey Coach Hub gives them the hours back."
